The Contractor shall replace current 16x16 matrix switcher in A/V room and all other equipment associated with the AV system necessary to ensure system is reliable, easy to maintain, and user friendly. The new system shall handle all aspects of audio and visual in rooms 104 A, 104 B, 112A, 112 B and 105. See attached SOW for additional details. Site Visit: 29 July 2025, 1:00 PM PST. Please RSVP by 24 July 2025. Amendment 02 is being psoted to : 1. Answer questions posed by interested vendors. 2. Provide meeting minutes from the site visit and a redacted sign-in sheet for those in attendance. 3. Update the Statement of Work 4. Update the FAC in the combo.
