Amendment 1. The purpose of this Amendment is to: Provide an updated PWS which provides report templates via appendix F. See attached SF 30 for more details. Amendment 2. The purpose of this Amendment is to: Remove and replace the solicitation attachment 3 “Attch 3 Past performance Questionnaire (PPQ)” with a corrected PPQ form titled “24RA102 Attch 3 Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) Rev1 10APR24.” The original PPQ incorrectly references boiler maintenance services. Please assure the correct PPQ document titled ‘24RA102 Attch 3 Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) Rev1 10APR24’ is used for all past performance questionnaires. See attached SF 30 for more details. Amendment 3. The purpose of this Amendment is to: Extend the due date for receipt of proposals from 10:00 AM PDT on 02 May 2024 to 10:00 AM PDT on 09 May 2024 this extension is to allow for response to contractor proposed questions. A forthcoming amendment will be published to provide answers to all questions. The due date for receipt of all PPQ’s is also subsequently extended from 10:00 AM PDT on 02 May 2024 to 10:00 AM PDT on 09 May 2024. The due date of 02 May 2024 found on the PPQ document can be disregarded and all PPQ’s will be accepted up to the newly established due date for receipt. Please see attached SF 30 for more details. Amendment 4: The purpose of this Amendment is to: Extend the due date for receipt of proposals from 10:00 AM PDT on 09 May 02024 to 10:00 AM PDT on 16 May 2024. This extension is to allow contractors time to read the proposed questions and answers and adjust their quote accordingly. Extend the due date receipt for all PPQ’s is also subsequently extended from 09 May 02024 to 10:00 AM PDT on 16 May 2024. The due days of 02 May 2024, found on the PPQ document, and 09 May 2024, found on Amendment 003, can be disregarded and all PPQ’s will be accepted up to the newly established due date for receipt. Answer the proposed questions about the solicitation. The questions and answers may be found on the attachment titled "24RA102 Amend 4 Contractor Q&A" Update the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendix C to include more recent historical material data.
