Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1. Extend the due date for the receipt of proposals from 10:00 AM PDT 11 Sep 2024 to 10:00 AM PDT on 13 Sep 2024. This extension is to allow vendors to submit timely quotes and to promote competition. 2. Revise Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (Rev. 01) to include Appendix B, EPA Procurement Guidelines for Playground Equipment. 3.
