Contractor shall utilize government furnished GENERATOR 2 and Transfer Switch in order to inspect, design, and install equipment for an operational stand-by power generator system for Bldg. 35 at the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency - White Bluff location (11604 W Newkirk Rd, Spokane). Sources Sought JPRA White Bluff Generator Repair FA462024QA105 Purpose The purpose of the sources sought is to identify available authorized vendors that can provide repair services to Cummins DQFA 8919GS 750kw generators. Generator Serial No: E110218918 / Engine Serial No: 33110332 ST Scope of Work The service provider shall provide all labor, tools, and materials to assess and repair Cummins DQFA 8919GS 750kw generator (S/N: 33110332 ST). The service provider shall provide a technician certified in InPower Pro software to install and calibrate a Base Card in a Cummins generator and perform additional diagnosis to identify any additional repairs to the display function. Requirement Contractor will start with replacing the Base Card on the Cummins DQFA 8919GS 750kw generator (Generator Serial No: E110218918 / Engine Serial No: 33110332 ST) . After the Base Card is replaced, the Contractor will conduct a diagnosis to determine if any additional work is required to return display functionality to the generator. Any additional work shall be authorized by the Contracting Officer prior to performance. Responding vendors must provide capability statement that shows that they are able to and have the required authorizations to provide the above services. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for additional details. Anticipated NAICS/Size Standard This requirement falls under the NAICS Code 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment [except automotive and Electronic] Repair and Maintenance) with a size standard of $12,500,000.00.
