This requirement is for the repair of GENERATOR 1 and installation services for GENERATOR 2 located at the JPRA White Bluff location in Spokane, WA. Contractor shall diagnosis and repair GENERATOR 1. Contractor shall utilize government furnished GENERATOR 2 and Transfer Switch in order to inspect, design, and install equipment for an operational stand-by power generator system for Bldg. 35 at the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency - White Bluff location (11604 W Newkirk Rd, Spokane). Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1. Extend the due date for proposals 2. Update Addendum FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors– Commercial Products and Commercial Services to incorporate a change in date for the Site Visit The due date for proposals is changed from 12 January 2024, 2:00PM PT to 17 January 2024, 2:00PM PT. The site visit date is changed from 8 January 2024, 9:00AM PT to 11 January 2024, 9:00AM PT. The due date for questions is changed from 9 January at 1:00PM PT to 12 January 2024, 1:00PM PT. Replace Attachment 4 with 'Attach. 4 Questions and Government Responses (Rev.01_16Jan24)' The due date for proposals is changed from 17 January 2024, 2:00PM PT to 22 January 2024, 2:00PM PT. Amendment 0004 The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1. Update Questions and Government Answers document with additional questions [(Attach 4 Questions and Government Responses (Rev.02_17Jan24)] Questions and answers added are as follows: Q: Is the normal power from the pad mount transformer to the main switchboard MDP1 ran through the can that is located where the ATS with be installed? A: Yes Q: Is there enough existing wire to be able to reuse to hook up the ATS? A: There is enough to connect to the ATS and a 50/50 chance that there may be enough to get back to the MDP1. It is advised to err on the side of caution with the assumption that it may need to be replaced; therefore, if there isn’t enough you are covered.
