The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary for the delivery of propane in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations and this statement of work to Cusick/Ruby Field Operations. Propane will be delivered vicinity of Cusick and Ruby Creek, WA as indicated by personnel authorized to place orders. The Contractor will have a minimum of 24 hours notice to provide propane after request is called in by authorized Government representative. Contractor will provide up to 30,000 Gallons of propane in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
