The gove... The 92nd Contracting Squadron has a requirement to upgrade transmission equipment from copper cable to Fiber Optic cable from Fairchild AFB to Ft. Wright and Geiger reservoirs in Spokane, WA. The government believes this is a sole source requirement to Lumen Technologies as the infrastructure in place is owned and maintained by them. Lumen Technologies currently has a sole source contract with Fairchild AFB to maintain the lines in need of the upgrade. This is a sources sought to identify any business that believe they are authorized and have the capacity to provide the fiber optic install instead of Lumen technologies.
