The 92nd Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) as of 18 May 2023 has a Brand Name or Equal requirement for four (4) ISU 70 KC 4-Door Green Cadbins with cabinets and one (1) ISU 70 KC 4-Door Green with weapons racks installed inside, or equal airlift containers that meet at a minimum the salient characteristics. The ISU-70 KC is a self-contained unit manufactured by AAR Manufacturing Inc. that independently moves and locks into the aircraft roller system of a KC-135. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to provide a POC for AAR Mobility.
