This is a non-personal services pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The contractor shall provide all labor personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to lease, launder, repair, replace, deliver, and pick-up linen items such as rags, coveralls, aprons, and mats. Contractor furnished linen shall conform to the generally accepted industry and local standards of quality, cleanliness, finish, appearance, and packaging. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with all Federal, State, local laws, regulations, procedures and commercial standards, when requested by the Contracting Officer or the authorized representative of the Contracting Officer during the duration of this agreement from 28 November 2021 through 16 November 2026.
