The 92 Force Support Squadron (92 FSS) has a requirement for twelve (12) kitchen equipment items in various quantities at Fairchild AFB. Pricing shall include removal, disposal, installation, training, maintenance, and warranty of items in accordance with federal, state, local codes, regulations and manufacture specifications. The equipment being requested is : (2) pass thru heated cabinet, (1) roll-in fridge, (1) reach in fridge, (1) reach-in freezer, (1) combi oven gas, (1) ice maker, (1) tilting skillet, (1) gas fryer, (1) reach in fridge, (1) countertop griddle, (1) refrigerated stand, (1) convection oven/proofer. Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to remove ice maker (CLIN 0006) from solicitiation. Please see attached SF 30 (Amendment 1) for details. Amendment 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer the received questions and update solicitation based on those answers. Please see attached Amendment 2, Questions and Answers, and revised SOW with Salient Characteristics. Amendment 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to clarify government response to Question 10 provided via Amendment and extend the due date for receipt of quotations to 02 August 2022 at 01:00 PM Pacific Time.
