Billeting must be available on short notice (less than 5 days) ? Billeting must provide un-delayed response to Fairchild AFB flight line to ensure aircrew and maintenance personnel meet required response times (less than 30 minutes) from lodging to aircraft. ? Up to 60 rooms must be available for use.
