This notice is issued by the U.S. Air Force, 92d Contracting Squadron, Fairchild AFB, WA. This sources sought is seeking to identify responsible potential sources to provide upgrades to the Electrical Substations Utility Monitoring and Control Systems. All newly installed equipment shall be tied into and be compatible with the existing Utility Monitoring and Control (UMAC) systems equipment. It is currently believed that the only SAM registered business able to provide the requirement is Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. Salient characteristics are included in the attached Statement of Work.
