The 92 Civil Engineering Squadron requires four (4) Central Lighting Invertors for use in the dormitories. The equipment must possesses the following minimum salient characteristics. Model: D = LSN Centeral Lighting Invertor Input Voltage: 208 = 208V Capacity: 66 = 6.6KVA Battery Type: S = 10-year VRLA Lead-Calcium Output Voltage (VAC): 120 = 120V Output Circuit Breaker Type: Blank = Normally On Output Circuit Breaker Voltage Rating: A = 120VAC Output Circuit Breaker Ampere Rating: 40 = 40 AMP Output Circuit Breaker Quantity: 02 = 2 EA Output Circuit Breaker Supervision: Blank = Unmonitored IBS = Internal Maintenance Bypass Switch (Make Before Break) In addition, due to the construction of the facilities these units will have to be installed behind existing boilers. Since they will have to be lifted over existing hot water and steam piping in a small area in the boiler room it is imperative that the units must be able to be separated into sections that can be safely lifted and positioned by 4 individuals. Larger numbers of people will not fit in the work area.
