Amendment 2 Consists of questions and answers for the solicitation, updated PWS and updated Combo RFQ. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at Fairchild AFB WA. All work shall be performed in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation and must be in compliance with state and federal guidance. The requirement signifies a full maintenance VTE service provider (Contractor) assumes total service responsibility for the equipment identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS identifies 15 elevators in Appendix A. Ordering Period: 1 October 2020 through 30 September 2025
