DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary for the delivery of propane in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations and this statement of work to JPRA 1.1 SCOPE OF WORK 1.1.1 Work under this contract shall include the delivery of propane at 11604 W Newkirk Rd, Spokane WA. The propane must be liquid propane and it shall meet all standards of federal, state, and local regulations. The Contractor shall provide: a. Propane deliveries as needed upon request. b. Trucks c. Drivers 1.1.2 Equipment and location All tanks are 1000 gallon. 9 tanks on site; 4 at bldg. 24; 2 at bldg. 12; 1 at the gym; 1 at bldg. 101; and 1 at bldg. 11. Delivery's approximately every 2 weeks. This facility can handle any size delivery vehicle. Delivery trucks can pull up beside the tanks. All tanks are owned. 1.1.3 Propane will be delivered to JPRA as indicated by personnel authorized to place orders. The Contractor will have a minimum of 24 hours notice to provide up to 25,000 Gallons of propane after request is called in by authorized Government representative.
