The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, material, and incidentals necessary to service Fairchild AFB (FAFB), sanitary sewer flushing and video recording listed in Appendix A of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Quantities in Appendix A are estimates and the actual amount of sewer lines cleaned and inspected each year varies slightly. Approximately one-fifth of the installation's sanitary sewer system shall be completed each year with 100% completed at the end of the entire period of performance of the contract.
