This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is being issues as a(n) Request For Quotation (RFQ). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: a. Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-03 b. Defense Federal Acquisition Circular DPN 20190531 c. Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular AFAC 2018-0525 4. This acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business concerns and shall be set aside in accordance with FAR 13.003(b)(1) under the NAICS code 333923, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
