The 92d Communications Squadron (CS) is requesting the use of a brand source requirement forupgrading (6) DV480 chips to DVSD cards, upgrading (1) Commander Control station at theprimary Command Post with up-to-date software and operating system, installing (1)Commander Control station with necessary equipment including keyboard, mouse, antenna,radio, DTMF controller, and cabling, at 92 CS/SCOT office, installing (1) Commander Controlstation with necessary equipment including keyboard, mouse, and cabling using existing in-placeradio, antenna, and DTMF controller at alternate Command Post location, and for the contractorto provide project management of the contract throughout its duration. These equipment willinterface and be fully compatible with the existing Federal Signal Giant Voice system.Contractor will perform necessary service to provide system optimization to ensure fullfunctionality of base Giant Voice system and readily available and clear mass notification toFairchild AFB. On-site training for one session up to 4 radio personnel on the operations andmaintenance of the system and up to 2 command post operators on the operations of the systemwill also be required.
