This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a Single Source, under the NAICS code 541511 and Product Service Code (PSC) B599. The small business size standard for this effort is $27.5M. All shipments must be FOB Destination: Fairchild Air Force Base, WA 99011. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of responsive quotes received. See attached Single Source Justification and Approval.
