Fire Department Gym Equipment solicitation The F.E. Warren Fire Department, 90 CES/CEF, is seeking to purchase new gym equipment. Measurements have been taken and new equipment must follow strict dimensional guidelines to safely integrate with room dimensions. Additionally, new equipment must meet specific color requirements (red frame W/ black upholstery). All frames shall be constructed of mechanical quality steel with a minimum 11-gauge wall thickness and be powder coated. Any foot platforms shall be coated with Linex™ or like material. All upholstery edges shall be stitched. All cushions must be three or four pound ECA foam, and shall be injection molded directly to the support board. All benches and racks must meet respective body weight and free weight certifications/qualifications according to industry standards for manufacturing, quality, and safety. All benches and racks must come with no less than a 10 year structural warranty. Upholstery and grips shall have no less than a 90 day warranty. Hardware and mechanical components shall come with no less than a 1 year warranty. Equal or like items MUST meet ALL specifications. Pricing should include shipping and installation.
