This opportunity is a 100% small business set-aside for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to clean secure nuclear facilities at FE Warren AFB, WY. The contract will require a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 15 cleanings per year, totaling 15 to 75 cleanings over the period. Optional site visits are scheduled for 28 May 2026 or 29 May 2026, with attendance limited to two personnel per vendor and one vehicle. All personnel must undergo a strict background check, and required information must be submitted via DoDSafe by 5 May 2026. The awarded vendor must hold a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 or higher with a score of 110 at the time of award.
