The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation as a Request for Quote for commercial products and commercial services, set aside 100% for small businesses on SAM.gov. Funds are not presently available, no award will be made until funds are available, and the Government may cancel the solicitation without reimbursing proposal preparation costs. Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time of quote submission to be eligible for award. Questions must be received by Monday, 21 Sep 2026 at 1000 MDT via the specified email contacts.
