PKAA Fire Suppression MAFS (Service)
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a service to replace 1,665 fire suppression sprinkler heads and pendants at 15 Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) and to service the fire suppression alarm system at 14 MAFs. The period of performance is 180 calendar days, with specific locations outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 04 June 2026, and companies must submit required personnel information by 04 May 2026 to attend. Eligibility requires a recent Level 2 CMMC assessment or NIST SP800-171 score of 110.
