No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The contractor shall provide all labor; materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to replace 6 ea shop doors at Building 930. The work includes but is not limited to the following items of work: Demolish/dispose of 6 existing overhead doors, operators, pushbutton controls, and associated components, replace demolished doors with new coil up doors, operators, pushbuttons controls, and associated components in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 17 March 2025. Site Visit and Questions Deadline has passed. Amendment 01 includes Attachment 7 Questions and Answers from the Site Visit. Proposals will be due no later than 11:00 am MT on Wednesday, 9 April 2025. Utilize Attachment 5 Cost Estimate Breakdown for the proposal pricing. Offers shall have an acceptance period of 60 calendar days from Government’s proposal receipt.
