The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management (ISWM) Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Collection at F.E. Warren AFB (FEW AFB). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations according to the estimated workload factors available in Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 2 April 2025.
