The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this sources sought announcement, FA461324Q2000, for work at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base (F. E. Warren AFB), Wyoming. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333415, Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business standard of 1,250 employees. This sources sought is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. No award will be made from this sources sought announcement. No solicitation is available at this time. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future requirement. Based on the responses to this sources sought/request for information notice the requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. F. E. Warren AFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the ability to meet the requirement in Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics. All services will be performed on F. E. Warren AFB. Requirement Includes: Contractor to provide, deliver, and start-up 160 Ton Ascend(TM) Air-Cooled Chiller with 2 yr. parts, labor, and refrigerant warranty for B1235 at F. E. Warren AFB, WY. This contract is a brand name requirement, Trane chiller, and must include start-up of the unit performed by a Trane certified technician. All interested parties are invited to provide comments on the attached Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics and to submit any questions they may have regarding the requirement.
