This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; proposals are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 published 1 December 2022. Service Dates: 1 November 2023 through 31 October 2028 (Base plus Four Option Years). The purpose of AMENDMENT 02 is to update RFP attachments as well as extend proposal due date to Thursday, 1 June 2023 by 11:00 am MT.
