The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this sources sought announcement, FA461323Q1016, for work at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base (FE Warren AFB), Wyoming. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a small business standard of $25M is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. No award will be made from this sources sought announcement. No solicitation is available at this time. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future requirement. Based on the responses to this sources sought/request for information notice the requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. FE Warren AFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the ability to meet the requirement in Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. All services will be performed on FE Warren AFB. Requirement Includes: The contractor shall install, inspect, maintain/repair, update, and replace Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system parts as required to include cameras, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), cables, televisions, and databases in Installation Deployment Control Center and Wash Rack, 90 LRS/LGRDX. The contractor shall uninstall and dispose of outdated equipment currently installed in rooms 243, 244, and 247 in Building 1284, as well as the equipment currently installed surrounding the Wash Rack. The contractor shall use the following equipment (brand name or equal, with alternative suggestions encouraged): Speco Technologies O84S 8MP Quad View Network 360 Dome Camera with Ceiling Mount, GEOVISION GV-PDR8800 8MP Outdoor Panoramic Network Dome Camera with 1.68mm Lens, Speco Technologies N16NRE 16-Channel 8MP NVR with 10TB HDD, and Sceptre Class 4K UHD LED TV HDR. All interested parties are invited to send a capability statement that will briefly describe how your company can satisfy the requirement described above, provide comments on the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW), and to submit any questions they may have regarding the requirement.
