This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; quotes/proposals are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20211029, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2021-0726. This requirement is for the acquisition of Base Custodial services at F. E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA461322R0001; the NAICS is 561720 (Janitorial Services), the small business threshold for this NAICS is $19.5M. The proposed acquisition is 100% 8(a) small business concern set aside. This acquisition will be competed using a written Request for Proposals (RFP). All interested parties must provide a proposal package by the time specified below to the Government in order to be considered for award. Proposal packages shall include all data and information requested and shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions found in the attached "Instructions to Offeror" (FAR 52.212-1 and Addendum to 52.212-1) in the solicitation document. Non-conformance with the instructions may result in proposal being considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. The solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award will be made using the evaluation procedures of FAR 52.212-2 and Addendum to 52.212-2. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed-Price Requirements contract (see FAR 52.216-21(a)).
