The contractor shall furnish all licenses and state certifications for septic cleaning and hauling, material, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation necessary to perform opening and pumping the septic tanks, distribution boxes, grease traps and lagoons at Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) located in Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado, in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work dated 24 January 2020. Please find the attached Request for Quote and corresponding Attachment 1 - Statement of Work. Additionally, drawings and a site map are available by request. In order to receive the drawings, an Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information (UNCI) memorandum must be reviewed, signed, and returned. Please send all request and returned UNCI's to both contacts listed in this solicitation. Due to teleworking, email is currently the best avenue for correspondence.
