The contractor shall furnish all licenses and state certifications for septic cleaning and hauling, material, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation necessary to perform opening and pumping the septic tanks, distribution boxes, grease traps and lagoons at Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) located in Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado, in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work dated 4 May 2020.
