The Sports Officials will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This acquisition will a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Location of work will be F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. The cumulative value is not to exceed $200,000 over a five year period. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment and transportation necessary to provide Sports Officials for various intramural sports to include, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, and Football. The work will be performed within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 711219 “Other Spectator Sports.” The small business size standard is $12 Million. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 18 February 2020. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The entire solicitation will be available in electronic format only on the System for Award Management Beta Contract Opportunities Web Site at https://beta.sam.gov/. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
