Q&A2 Attachment Added Q&A1 Attachment Added This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; responses/quotes are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed solicitation will be competed as a 100% small business set-aside. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined solicitation, FA461320Q0007, as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, & FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541350 with a size standard of $8M. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the RFQ represents the best value to the Government considering the following factors: lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). An offer is considered technically acceptable when all requirements are met. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04 effective 15-Jan-20, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20190531 effective 1-Oct-19 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement AFAC 2019-1001 effective 1-Oct-19. The primary purpose of this project is to conduct level 2 energy audits on multiple buildings located on F. E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, travel and labor necessary to perform the level 2 audits, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS-Attachment 1) and all applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations and safety requirements.
