We are conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the following requirements: The contractor will provide all labor, means, operations, materials, equipment, permits and licenses, including sales taxes and incidentals as necessary for providing F.E. Warren Air Force Base with interior and exterior painting and related surface preparation work. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, preparation of surfaces, applying paints and protective coatings, minor cosmetic repairs to surfaces and lead based paint remediation.
