This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; responses/quotes are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA4613-19-SaltSandSpreaders, as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, & FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333120, Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, with a small business standard of 1,250 employees. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Commercial Award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-04 effective 07 Aug 2019, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20190628 effective 28 Jun 2018 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement AFAC 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. Description of Services: Description of Items is included as Attachment 1-RFQ-Price Quote. Instructions to Offerors: 1. All Offerors must complete RFQ. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. The Offeror shall provide information on the salt and sand spreader with the salient characteristics as referenced below. 2.
