ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT FOR REPAIR OF OVERHEAD 70kV TRANSMISSION LINE South Loop 2 VSFB, CA
The contractor will prepare a comprehensive Environmental Assessment (EA) for repairing an overhead 70kV transmission line at Vandenberg Space Force Base. Services include project management, data collection, and coordination with government and regulatory stakeholders. Technical analyses will cover impacts on cultural resources, natural resources (including wetlands and special status species), and construction noise. Deliverables include a Description of Proposed Action and Alternatives (DOPAA) and technical reports, resulting in a legally sufficient EA.
