Storm Drain Study Cantonment Area Phase 2
The contractor will provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform comprehensive cleaning, CCTV video inspection, and GIS survey of the storm drain system at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. Work must be completed within 365 days of contract award. This effort is critical for assessing infrastructure condition and preventing flooding or environmental damage. The contractor must adhere to industry and government standards, including NASSCO PACP, UFGS TV inspection, and base CAD standards, as well as security access, background checks, and environmental compliance with biological monitoring for the protected Vernal Pool Fairy Shrimp. Coordination with the 30CES/CEI Waste Compliance office for material and sludge disposal and preparedness for potential unexploded ordnance monitoring during field operations are also required.
