The scope includes transporting the cylinder to an authorized off-site facility for inspection, valve assembly rebuild, refilling with the clean agent, and leak testing. Upon reinstallation, the contractor must re-arm and test the system to ensure full operational capability while protecting the facility's electronic equipment.
