VSFB Chapel Music Services
This is a small business set-aside RFQ for non-personal Chapel Music Services at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The contractor must provide all labor, transportation, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the chapel music services. Performance is projected as a 12-month base period from 27 Sep 2026 through 27 Sep 2027, followed by four 12-month option periods through 1 Oct 2031. Award will be based on the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote, evaluated on price, technical capability (technical narrative, questionnaire, and video music samples submitted via DoD SAFE), and past performance. Past performance requires up to three references from the past three years with satisfactory-or-higher ratings, and offerors must provide proof of two cleared escorts available by the required date.
