The U.S. Air Force seeks a small-business contractor to provide non-personal Chapel Music Services at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA, including all labor, transportation, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, and support. The projected period of performance is 4 Oct 2026 through 4 Oct 2027 (12 months). Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote, evaluated on price, technical capability, and past performance. Offerors must submit a technical narrative/questionnaire and video recordings of music samples, and provide up to three relevant past-performance references from the past three years. The contractor must also provide proof of two cleared escorts available to start by the required date.
