Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Request for Quotation for the one-year renewal of ESPRIT Software Licenses, with a required performance period from 27 May 2026 to 28 May 2027. It is a Firm Fixed-Price contract set aside for small businesses. The requirement includes a Brand Name Justification specifically for ESPRIT software. All responding offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
