This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products for the purchase of Cold Weather Gear for 377TEG/FTMMXS Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS), intends to utilize this Request for Quotation (RFQ), under solicitation number FA461025Q0125, to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible Offeror whose quotation represents the Best Value to the Government. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is "315990 - Apparel accessories and other apparel manufacturing", with a small business size standard of 600 Employees. Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via e-mail by 24 September 2025 at 5:00P.M. PST. All quotations should be sent to, 2Lt Noah Blake, at noah.blake.3@spaceforce.mil and Sabrina Swain at sabrina.swain.1@spaceforce.mil before the due date and time specified. All questions regarding the RFQ package must be submitted to the above e-mail addresses by 23 September 2025 at 10:00AM PST. Any questions asked over the telephone will not be answered.
