No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Altec AIR Cable Air Dryers Models Altec AIR 4200STD, 4200W and 6500W Cable Air Dryers (CADs) require repair parts to include: a 12" High Temperature Limit Switch (HTLS) Dryer Assembly compatible with 120 VAC and 240 VAC power sources, a painted 12" desiccant chamber assembly, and various hardware components such as brass nipples, humidity tubes, hex nuts, and adapters.
