W... Service requirements 1. Safely disconnect, remove, and dispose of the current washer and dryer from the Duane G. Wolfe Fitness Center. 2. Deliver and install the new washer and dryer at the Duane G. Wolfe Fitness Center, IAW manufacturer specifications and all applicable codes and regulations. 3. Connecting to existing utility lines (electricity, water, and drainage). 4. Conduct functionally tests to ensure the washer and dryer operate properly. 5. Provide user training, detailed operational manuals and warranty information. Commodity requirements 1. 208 -240V, 60Hz electrical supply 2. Configured for either single-phase (2-wire + ground) or three-phase (3-wire + ground) power. 3. The dryer requires a 120V electrical supply. 4. The washer dimensions are 4 feet 3 inches in length and 2 feet 5 inches in width. 5. The dryer dimensions are 5 feet 10 inches in length and 2 feet 7 inches in width. Amendment This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a Washer and Dryer Replacement located at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB). In accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors), and the size standard in number of employees is 1000. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulation of FAR Part 12. Please see the attached SF 1449 (attachment 5) solicitation document, Salient Characteristics (attachment 2) and the SOW (attachment 1)for contract line-item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the pricing sheet (attachment 4) solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
