Please see attachments for a detailed description of the services required and instructions. 30th Space Communications Squadron (SCS) requires maintenance services for the Ciena products that are the current Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) data transport. The objective is to acquire one year of Ciena Select Support and 30 Day Repair and Return for the equipment that is VSFB's operational DWDM data transport, excluding equipment otherwise covered by warranty. The maintenance must extend to all Ciena equipment within the VSFB DWDM data transport not otherwise covered by Ciena warranty. As installed equipment comes off warranty, it shall be added for coverage. Select Support services include access to specialist engineers 24 hours a day, everyday of the year; access to the most current releases, upgrades and/or updates; and an online portal to track progress and status as well as a 30-day hardware repair. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 541519, and the applicable PSC is DC01.
