This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes- it does not constitute a Request for Quotes (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking quotations and will not accept unsolicited offers. Interested vendors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS) is conducting market research to find potential vendors capable continuing the work of analysis of the rocket launch acoustic through acoustic measurments of launch noise and sonic booms produced by rockets ascents and re-entries IAW Attachment 1_statement of work_Launch Acoustics Monitoring_Draft. Please review the draft statement of work titled Attachment 1_statement of work_Launch Acoustics Monitoring_Draft. Also, please send in a capability statement. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541690-other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with the corresponding size standard of $19 million. 3. Description for SAM Posting Request for Quote Number: FA4610-25-Q-0004 Project Title: DPM Packing and Crating This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Request for Quote (RFQ) for DPM Packing and Crating commercial services for Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 488991, Packing and Crating, with a size standard of $34 Million. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulation of FAR Part 12. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document, Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contract line-items numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein and use Attachment 3_Pricing Schedule to help complete pricing of CLINs on SF1449, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
