This requirement is being set aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b)(1) for an 8(a) small business competitive basis 2. Contract type: Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) 3. Anticipate a 12-month basic year, and 4 option years 4. Minimum guarantee of $10,000 for the basic year only with an overall maximum of $2,999,700.00 5. Award of funds will be made by individual task orders to the basic contract and may range from $100.00 to $400,000. No individual task order shall exceed $1,500,000.00 6. Each task order cost will be determined by multiplying the quantity (e.g., SF, LF, or EA) by the pre-negotiated unit price list for each task listed in the contract 7.
