This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 561612, and the applicable PSC is R430. This acquisition will be made as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a size standard of $29.0 million. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a description of the required services and source requirements. Also, see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document for quote submission instructions, estimated Period of Performance, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertaining to this acquisition. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule.
