This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110, and the applicable PSC is V231. This acquisition will be made as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a size standard of $40.0 million.
