Presolicitation Notice of Contract Requirement – 377th Test and Evaluation Group, Launch Facility Support Services at Vandenberg SFB, CA. The Government intends to issue solicitation FA4610-23-R-0001, for Launch Support Services (LSS) at Vandenberg SFB, on or about Monday, 19 June 2023. Note: This is a tentative date and subject to change. The contractor shall provide all management, planning, programming, administration, supplies, vehicles and labor necessary to perform launch support services such as Launch Facility (LF) refurbishment, corrosion control services, vehicle issue and control, equipment issue and control, environmental management, program management and training management services. The proposed period of performance includes a base period of twelve months and four one-year option periods. Award is contemplated as 100% set-aside for small business. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 561210, Facility Support Services and the size standard is $41.5 Million. Interested parties are cautioned that the draft performance work statement (PWS) posted with this notice is subject to change; the formal version of the PWS will be released with the solicitation at a future date. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7 System for Award Management lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
