This purchase shall include the final design, pricing, purchase, and installation of classroom furniture in support of classroom replacement in classrooms 102-104-108A-108B-114A-116A, Building 8195, Vandenberg AFB, CA. Contractor shall disassemble and remove all existing furniture and transfer all furniture to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) on base at 11510. All work and products will be IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dtd 9 Aug 2023, Attachement 1. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 4 - Pricing Schedule. A site visit will take place at 9:30 a.m. (PDT) on Friday 18 August 2023. Any questions must be submitted via email to the primary and alternate contacts listed below by 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on Monday 21 August 2023. All quotes are due no later than 10:00 a.m. (PDT) on Friday 30 August 2023. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to change the solicitation close date from 25 August 2023, 10:00 AM PDT to 30 August 2023, 10:00 AM PDT. Please have all quotes submitted NLT 30 August 2023, 10:00 AM PDT, any quote received after the set time will not be considered.
